Galvanized Steel Wire for Woven Fence Production
We manufacture steel wire in China and welcome enquiries from woven-fence producers. A useful wire selection combines finished-fence requirements with the way your weaving line feeds and forms the material. Send the diameter, coating requirement and coil dimensions together, so we can discuss the supply specification around your production process.

The finished fence sets the starting point
Tell us whether the wire is for chain-link, agricultural fencing or another woven construction. Mesh geometry, forming steps and the intended exposure help define the enquiry. Keep any project or customer specification attached to the request; a general galvanized-wire description does not replace it.
Diameter and supplied condition work as a pair
Wire with the right nominal diameter can still behave differently on a line. Specify the diameter tolerance and the mechanical properties needed for forming. Where your current material works well, include its approved specification and a description of any feed or breakage problem you want to avoid.
Coating requirements need a measurable basis
Describe the zinc coating by the requirement your customer actually uses, including the test basis when one is specified. Appearance alone cannot confirm coating mass, adhesion or long-term suitability. Ask us to identify the coating proposal and the available verification for the particular material offered.

A focused inspection brief reduces ambiguity
Separate dimensional, mechanical and coating checks on the enquiry. For each check, identify the acceptance limit and the record required at delivery. This makes the technical discussion clearer and avoids treating a general catalogue statement as a result measured on your shipment.
Coil geometry affects everyday feeding
Share the payoff arrangement, available lifting equipment and coil-size limits. Coil inside diameter, outside diameter, weight and winding form belong in the supply discussion. A coil that is awkward to mount can interrupt production even when the wire itself meets its material specification.

A weaving trial links the wire to the fence
For a new supply source, agree a representative trial before committing the full production requirement. Record line settings, feed stability and the formed fence against your acceptance criteria. Keep the approved material reference, and record any adjustment needed rather than assuming the next batch needs no review.
Packing follows your receiving method
Tell us how coils will be unloaded, moved and stored. Include wrapping, pallet and identification requirements in the request. We can discuss the proposed packing with the quotation; the illustrated arrangement is an example, and the final packing format is agreed for the actual order.

Repeat orders need a stable reference
Carry the approved wire and coil requirements into every replenishment request. If the fence design, coating requirement or line setup changes, point it out before ordering. Keeping those changes visible helps both of us compare the next offer against the conditions you actually need.
Send a production-ready wire enquiry
Send us your fence type, wire diameter, coating requirement and order quantity. Add the forming requirements, coil dimensions, inspection scope and destination. Our Qingdao team can then discuss the candidate wire, sample arrangements and commercial terms with you, without leaving critical production details to assumptions.
