PPGI Color Coated Galvanized Steel Coil, Green Blue RAL Requirements
PPGI prepainted steel coil is described with thickness 0.21–0.50 mm or custom, zinc quantity 20–600 g/m² and customized length. RAL references include 3004, 5012 and 6005.
Choose one exact RAL code and the required paint system rather than relying on green or blue color names. Specify the SGCC or other confirmed substrate grade, measured width and thickness. The Z10–Z29 code requires its own coating acceptance interpretation.
For cutting or subsequent bending, define the delivered condition and forming acceptance; no numerical hardness or paint thickness is supplied. ASTM wording does not identify a verified certificate or guarantee every configuration meets a particular standard. No coating durability, corrosion exposure class or finished sheet performance is established by the available descriptions.
