PPGI PPGL Color Coated Steel Coil, 0.2–1.5 mm Thickness
Color coated steel coil is described with thickness 0.2–1.5 mm, width 750–1550 mm and color film thickness 15–25 µm, each allowing custom specification. A tensile range of 300–600 MPa is stated.
Confirm PPGI versus PPGL substrate, exact grade, RAL color and paint system. The metallic coating reference is Z121–Z180 without an area unit; do not equate it automatically with Z100 or another coating requirement. Requests for 0.12 mm thickness or narrower widths require separate confirmation.
State whether the order requires coil or cut length material, since a descriptive length range of 2000–6000 mm also appears. Select the substrate and paint construction before comparing coating acceptance requirements.
