HH08 Custom Hot Rolled Carbon Steel I Beam, S235JR–S355J2 Requirements
HH08 carbon steel I beam has customized depth and leg height selections. Hot rolled I shape and a grade range from S235JR to S355J2 are described.
Define the exact section drawing, material grade and required member length. Other S, Q, A36 and A572 references are alternatives requiring confirmation, not automatic equivalents. The customized option does not establish a standard section geometry or a numerical strength value.
For a hot dip requirement, agree the galvanizing specification because no zinc thickness or coating result is supplied. Define dimensional acceptance, connection details and inspection documentation for the intended structure. General ASTM wording and fabrication services do not prove structural capacity, weld qualification or approval for a particular industrial installation.
