Aluminum round pipe has twelve actual combinations of diameter category, diameter range or custom value, and thickness range or custom value. The diameter range is 3–250 mm and thickness range is 0.3–50 mm.
Choose an exact size consistent with the below 75, 75–200 or above 200 mm category. Confirm the requested 6061 or 6063 alloy and seamless route against the separate 7000 series model references. Descriptive wall thickness is 0.8–5 mm.
Define temper, mill finish and the required 1–12 m or custom length. Hardness is 60–150 without a scale and needs an acceptance criterion. No pressure capacity, verified alloy analysis or mechanical result for every material and dimension combination is established by broad standards and certification wording.
