Color coated steel coil has an actual length label of 1400–1799 mm with width 600–1500 mm. Thickness is customized, with top paint described as 15–25 µm.
Confirm coil versus cut length supply and the exact gauge within the requested 0.12–4 mm span. Select G550 or DX51D material and PPGI versus PPGL coating chemistry explicitly. Define the PE, SMP, HDP or PVDF paint system and required RAL color.
The zinc entry is Z40–275 g/m², while a separate Z30–Z40 code appears; agree the measurement basis and selected requirement. Mid hard does not establish numerical hardness. General container and fabrication applications do not prove forming performance, coating life or certification for every grade and paint combination.
