Prepainted galvanized steel coil has a customized length selection and described thickness of 0.21–0.50 mm or custom. SGCC and customized grade references appear, with a zinc quantity of 20–600 g/m².
Confirm PPGI versus PPGL substrate chemistry and choose the exact steel grade. Define measured zinc coating acceptance independently of the Z10–Z29 code. Select the required RAL code, such as the referenced 3004, 5012 or 6005, and specify paint layers and surface appearance.
