PPGI Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil, 0.2–4 mm Thickness Options
PPGI prepainted galvanized steel coil has an actual 0.2–4 mm thickness range selection. Described widths are 1219 or 1250 mm or custom, with DX51D, DX52D and SGCC grade references.
Technical coating entries are zinc Z40–275 g/m², top paint 15–25 µm and back paint 10–20 µm. Specify the exact substrate grade, RAL color and PE, SMP, HDP or PVDF coating system. Confirm how the zinc entry is measured for the selected supply.
Choose the delivered hardness condition separately; soft, medium HRB60–85 and full hard HRB85–95 alternatives are described. Coil versus cut sheet supply and any 3, 6 or 12 m length requirement need definition. No AISI or JIS compliance, weld qualification or coating durability is established without order specific evidence.
