Galvanized Steel Grating for Channel Platform, 40 and 50 mm Requirements
Steel grating has an actual customized specification with 900–1000 mm width. Described length is 1–3 m or customer requirement, and thickness is listed as 2.1–3.0 mm.
Provide a grating drawing identifying bearing members, cross members and panel dimensions. Confirm which component the thickness describes and what the requested 40 or 50 mm measurement identifies. The sheet related spangle and skin pass descriptions do not define the grating geometry.
Select the exact base grade and coating acceptance. Z10–Z29 is a code without an area unit, while full hard has no numerical hardness result. No channel platform load, traffic rating or walkway approval is established. Define the support arrangement and required inspection evidence before selecting the panel for installation.
