6061 T6 ASTM B221 Aluminum Square Tube Requirements, 1x1 Inch Profile
Aluminum alloy tube is described with square and round section references. The actual combined selection includes outer diameter 3–250 mm or custom, a below 75 mm category and thickness 0.3–50 mm or custom.
For a 1x1 inch square tube, provide a section drawing and confirm how the diameter labels apply. The descriptive wall range is 0.3–5 mm and differs from the option. Define the required wall thickness, alloy 6061, T6 temper and ASTM B221 acceptance separately.
Other grades and an O–H112 temper range appear, so the requested grade and temper need material confirmation. Specify polished finish and the required length, described as 6 m or custom. No structural load, weld procedure qualification or certification is established for the selected hollow section.
