St37-2 Q235B Galvanized Tear Drop Checkered Steel Plate Requirements
Galvanized checkered steel plate is described with tear drop pattern and width 200–1290 mm or custom. Actual thickness bands are 0.2–4, 4–60, 60–115 and 115–300 mm.
Choose an exact thickness and confirm its availability with the required pattern and width. Specify St37-2 or Q235B requirements separately from the DX51D+Z and other material references. Define hot or cold rolling and the required coating and surface treatment.
Passivation, oiling, lacquer sealing and phosphating are alternatives requiring selection. No zinc quantity or numerical strength is supplied. Anti skid and high strength wording does not establish tested traction, load capacity or material performance. For a grid or cover requirement, provide the component drawing rather than assuming a solid checkered plate is an open grating.
