Specify an exact grade and feasible section dimensions. Q215, Q235 and Q345 requirements differ from the accompanying alloy steel alternatives. Confirm hot rolled, cold drawn or forged condition rather than treating all manufacturing references as one delivered state.
Define dimensional tolerance, edge condition and any machining or heat treatment acceptance for the intended part. No mold hardness, cutting performance or numerical mechanical property is supplied.
