GI steel wire should be selected by actual grade, diameter and coating process. Confirm Q195, Q235 or SAE1006 requirements before comparing the menu's broad size selection.
- Galvanized is the technical type.
- Nineteen diameter labels are selectable.
- Customized is one option.
- Bright Finish is described.
- Hot-dip and electrogalvanized routes are named.
Select the actual diameter
The menu includes individual sizes and values beyond the technical range. Confirm the required diameter rather than assuming every title or gauge term is equivalent.
Agree grade and coating
Ask for the offered chemistry and actual galvanizing route. Different Q and SAE references should not be treated as interchangeable grades.
Match the wire use
Provide the mesh, spring, rope or construction requirements. Those use labels do not establish spring properties or rated lifting capacity without further evidence.
