This galvanized carbon steel wire rope has a selectable 18–32mm diameter range and a 6x37 model reference. The material descriptions include 45#, 60#, 70# and 80# carbon grades. Specify the exact diameter and material grade and confirm the complete strand and core construction, including any IWRC requirement.
Define the finished rope assembly
For lifting work, provide the required length, end termination, assembly geometry and applicable acceptance standard. Request the documented working load and inspection evidence for that particular assembly rather than inferring capacity from the diameter range or heavy duty wording. The listing gives no breaking load, verified working load limit or certificate for the finished rope. Galvanized surface also does not establish coating quantity or a corrosion service life for every operating environment.
