Match the particle specification
The S330, S280, S460 and S550 designation requirements should be stated separately from the grit choice. A grit label alone does not establish a delivered particle diameter or an equivalent S grade.
Prepare the cleaning trial
Describe the workpiece, surface condition and blasting equipment. Request the selected batch composition, particle distribution and hardness test method before agreeing acceptance. High tenacity and polishing language does not supply a measured durability result, guaranteed cleaning rate or workpiece finish.
