2205 2507 Duplex Stainless Steel Coil | 0.5 1.0mm Marine and Offshore Material Selection
Duplex stainless steel coil is identified by the original 2205 and 2507 title with 0.5 and 1.0mm thickness references for marine and offshore engineering selection.
Choose the exact duplex grade, width, thickness tolerance and surface condition. Super-austenitic wording does not make those title grades interchangeable with austenitic alloys, and broad stainless, galvanized or galvalume alternatives retained below are excluded from the duplex specification. Request chemistry and required material inspection for the actual supply. Marine application wording does not establish vessel approval, a pressure rating or a validated corrosion interval. Assess the selected coil against the specific environment and fabrication requirements.
