A stainless steel trapezoidal or Acme lead screw rod enquiry should specify the actual thread profile and pitch. The metric thread-size menu alone does not confirm a power-screw thread form.
- Stainless Steel is the stated material.
- Right Hand is the described thread direction.
- Threaded-rod length is a separate option.
- Metric size labels include M4 through M20 selections.
- Customized is an available thread-size label.
Define the lead screw thread
State whether the requirement is trapezoidal, Acme or another thread form. Ask for the drawing, pitch and engagement details rather than assuming an M-size label identifies the requested profile.
Select the actual rod dimensions
The menu contains twelve length labels and eight thread-size choices. Confirm the specific length and nominal size, then ask which finish applies to that stainless steel configuration.
Confirm coverage and service conditions
The technical thread-coverage description requires clarification before choosing a lead screw. Give the supplier the intended mechanism and operating requirements; general industry labels and certification names do not establish accuracy or load capability.
