Hot Dip Galvanized Square Steel Tube, 20x20 and 25x25 mm Requirements

Galvanized square tube has an actual 0.5–6.5 mm wall range or custom, combined with lengths of 6, 6.4 and 12 m. Described section examples include 20x20 and 25x25 mm.

Specify the complete external sides, exact wall thickness and required base grade. Choose square versus rectangular supply explicitly, and confirm a feasible geometry rather than assuming every wall and side combination is offered. Define hot dip galvanizing acceptance separately from the steel grade.

No measured zinc quantity or numerical strength is supplied. High strength wording and broad construction applications do not establish a structural load rating. General boiler, hydraulic, gas and fluid uses do not prove pressure approval or a qualified weld. Obtain dimensional and material evidence for the selected hollow section.
