Thirteen diameters are available for this galvanized drawn steel wire: 0.7, 0.9, 1, 1.2, 1.5, 1.6, 2.2, 2.8, 3.5, 4, 8, 10 and 14mm. The material alternatives include Q195, Q235, SAE1006 and SAE1008. Specify one required grade and confirm the drawn or other agreed delivery condition for the selected size.
The listed tensile span is 900–2200 MPa. This needs a grade and condition before it can serve as an acceptance requirement; it should not be assumed for every wire. Confirm hot dip galvanizing and the required zinc surface specification. Requests for 0.3mm or 6.5mm need separate size agreement. Spring, rope or welding applications require their own process review, and certification references do not establish verified product compliance.
