Cold Rolled Base Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Sheet, 0.12–5 mm Thickness

Galvanized steel sheet has four actual width bands covering 900–2000 mm. Described thickness is 0.12–5 mm, with customer required length and regular spangle surface.

Choose the exact base grade, thickness and required width rather than treating the broad material alternatives as equivalents. Define coil versus cut plate delivery and the measured dimensional tolerances. Non-oiled, skin passed and passivated supply on a cold rolled base is described.

The Z10–Z275 code lacks an area unit and requires a defined galvanizing acceptance basis. Full hard and wear resistant descriptions provide no numerical hardness or abrasion result. General construction and downstream manufacturing applications do not establish coating life, structural capacity or verified certification. Obtain the selected material and surface inspection documentation before process approval.
