6061 6063 Seamless Aluminum Round Pipe, Custom OD and Wall Selection
Round aluminum pipe has an actual 3–250 mm outside diameter range, a below 75 mm category and 0.3–50 mm wall range. Descriptive wall thickness is 0.8–5 mm.
Choose a feasible measured diameter and wall pair and confirm the required 6061 or 6063 alloy. The separate 7003, 7005, 7050 and 7075 model references are not automatic material substitutes. Define seamless manufacture and the exact temper.
Described length is 1–12 m and finish is mill finished. A hardness entry of 60–150 has no scale and requires an acceptance definition. No pressure capacity, verified chemistry or mechanical result for every grade is supplied by broad standards and construction applications. Obtain material and dimensional evidence for the selected pipe condition before fabrication.
