304 316 316L Seamless Stainless Steel Pipe, SCH40 SCH80 Requirements
Seamless stainless steel pipe has an actual wall range of 0.5–60 mm. Described outside diameter is 10–600 mm or custom, with lengths of 3, 6 or 12 m or custom.
Specify the exact grade, nominal pipe size and SCH40 or SCH80 dimensional standard. A broad wall range does not establish a schedule for every outside diameter. The separate diameter entry of 50 has no unit and requires confirmation against the selected dimensions.
Choose round delivery and the required finish; square or rectangular forms and several finishes also appear as alternatives. For chemical processing, define operating conditions and material acceptance documentation. No pressure class, chemical compatibility or service approval is established by the stainless grade names and general application descriptions.
