W8×10 Hot Rolled H Beam Requests | ASTM Structural Section for Brickwork Support and Processing
Steel beam sections are offered with customized thickness and 6–12m or requested length. The body gives 100–300mm flange width and 8–30mm flange thickness, with H/I/T profile alternatives.
The title W8×10 designation is not verified by those broad ranges. Web thickness is written as 100–900mm and web width as 6–30mm; obtain a section drawing rather than silently correcting the labels. Hot rolled and cold formed descriptions also need a selected route.
For brickwork support, supply the required grade, section schedule and connection details for engineering assessment. No steel grade, section modulus or load capacity is established. Cutting, welding and bending requirements should follow an agreed drawing and appropriate material and dimensional inspection documentation.
