Stainless steel tubing has an actual thickness option of 0.5 cm and descriptive length of 1–12 m. Material references include 304, 304L, 316 and 316L.
For an instrumentation requirement, confirm seamless versus welded ERW supply; the requested and described routes differ. The outside diameter entry is 66 without a unit and needs dimensional confirmation. Define a round section or other required profile explicitly.
Specify bright annealing, pickling and surface acceptance separately rather than assuming a named finish proves a treatment. No internal cleanliness, roughness limit, pressure class or gas system approval is supplied. Obtain the selected grade and manufacturing documentation before approving the tube for an instrument line or treating different stainless grades as interchangeable.
