Hot Dip Galvanized C Channel, 8#–40# Section Options
Galvanized C channel has fourteen actual section labels: 8#, 10#, 16#, 18#, 20#, 22#, 24#, 25#, 28#, 30#, 32#, 34#, 36# and 40#. Perforated supply is described.
Obtain the section drawing and applicable designation standard for the selected label. A requested 0.3–60 mm thickness range does not establish the wall thickness of each section. Specify exact steel grade, required hole geometry and customer defined length.
The material references include several Q grades, SM490 and S grades, which must be selected rather than treated as equivalents. Define the hot dip galvanizing acceptance separately. No coating thickness, structural capacity or fastening load is established by the fixation application, processing services or generic standards list.
