Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Coil, Z80 Z275 Machinery Sheet Roll Requirements

Galvanized steel coil has a unitless 0.6 specification label combined with four actual width bands from 900 to 2000 mm. Described thickness is 0.12–3 mm and zinc quantity is 40–600 g/m² or custom.

Confirm what 0.6 measures and the exact required gauge. The widest actual width exceeds the descriptive 600–1500 mm range and needs separate acceptance. Select the base grade and reconcile Z80 or Z275 requirements with the separate Z275–Z600 coating code.

Define the measured zinc acceptance, spangle choice and coil or cut length supply. Non-oiled condition and skin passing are described. Precision processed and full hard wording do not establish a special precision class, numerical hardness or machinery part performance. Obtain material and dimensional evidence for the selected configuration.
