For an architectural panel or a fabricated decorative part, define the sheet dimensions and the visible surface together. This 304 stainless steel plate and sheet enquiry covers a stated thickness range of 0.5–3 mm, with width and length specified to suit the requested piece.
Define the panel before selecting the finish
A 304 stainless sheet order needs the thickness, finished dimensions and intended appearance on the same drawing. For a visible decorative face, describe the finish precisely and ask for an agreed surface reference before the sheet is supplied.
- Thickness to specify
- Choose the required value within the stated 0.5–3 mm range.
- Width and length
- Provide the requested dimensions for the 304 stainless steel piece.
- Visible face
- State the required surface designation and appearance for the architectural panel.
Prepare a fabrication-ready sheet enquiry
Bending, welding, punching and cutting are named processing services for the stainless sheet. If the 304 piece will be fabricated, identify the necessary operation and agree the supplied condition; final performance still depends on the application and fabrication requirements.
- Put 304 stainless steel and the required thickness on the enquiry.
- Supply the finished width and length for each sheet or plate piece.
- Identify the face that will remain visible in the decorative assembly.
- Request confirmation of the exact surface designation before ordering.
- Include hole patterns, bends or cut outlines when processing is needed.
Questions for an architectural or decorative order
Does the 304 panel require a particular 2B or polished appearance, and which face will be exposed? Agree that surface requirement explicitly rather than using a general description such as shiny stainless steel.
Will the 304 sheet be formed or joined after supply? Share the fabrication drawing and the service environment so the proposed thickness, surface and delivery condition can be checked against the project requirement.
