Garnet is the actual material with an 80# specification and grit choices of 20, 30, 40, 60 or 80. The body also lists 80, 20/40 and 30/60 grading descriptions.
Agree the selected grade and particle distribution against the requested 80-mesh requirement. Those mixed labels do not establish automatic equivalence. A 9 Mohs entry requires the applicable material test and should not replace selected grading evidence.
For high-pressure waterjet cutting, provide nozzle, substrate and finish criteria. The source contains no measured cut rate, nozzle wear or abrasive-consumption result. Request material and particle inspection documents before trial; general MSDS or standard references do not prove compatibility with every nozzle and workpiece or guarantee a cutting outcome.
