Diameter and core construction
This steel wire rope offers 1, 8 and 16mm diameter choices plus customization. Listed core materials include sisal, fibre, steel, polymer and mixed alternatives. Define one exact strand and core construction and the required steel grade before treating a diameter entry as a complete rope specification.
The strength-related entries are 1570, 1670, 1770, 1870, 1960 and 2160 MPa. These stress units do not state a breaking force or working load for a finished assembly. Request the applicable grade and load evidence for the selected construction. Confirm any hot dip galvanized surface, delivered length and terminations. Requirements for 0.5, 2, 3 or 4mm need separate size agreement. No mild steel equivalence, lifting approval or uniform spring performance is established across the broad material list.
