Flat or shaped carbon steel wire requirements identify a thickness of 0.5–3.0 mm and width of 5–50 mm. The actual diameter option reads “0.2.-10mm” and needs dimensional clarification.
Provide a section drawing and confirm the exact grade: Q235B requirements must be distinguished from the Q195, SAE1006 and medium carbon references. Confirm whether the requested flat section can be supplied within the stated thickness and width ranges. Spring or hardware use does not establish hardness, fatigue resistance or delivered temper.
A drawing should distinguish thickness from width and identify edge condition, corner geometry and tolerances. The malformed diameter label must not be converted into a rectangular section without a confirmed dimensional interpretation.
