Six actual rope size entries
This galvanized carbon steel wire rope offers six diameters: 1, 1.2, 1.5, 5.5, 20 and 50mm. Choose the actual size and define the material grade, strand and core construction for the intended rope. The specification does not assign a finished construction to each diameter.
Requests for 0.5, 0.55, 0.6, 0.7, 2, 3 or 4mm need separate size and form agreement because these are not available options. Confirm hot dip galvanizing where required, coating acceptance and delivered length. Crane, marine or equipment application wording does not establish breaking load, working load limit or a verified lifting certificate. Provide the assembly and end termination requirements and request load documentation for that particular construction rather than treating a diameter selection as a complete rated rope.
