Two material labels, Alloy Steel and Alloy cast steel, can be selected with grit labels 20, 30, 36, 40, 46 and 54.

Specify the delivered abrasive
Choose the alloy label and grit as one order specification. Confirm the particle-size distribution and conditioning required by the blasting equipment rather than treating a grit number as an established ball diameter.
Agree carbon-metal acceptance
Provide the substrate, initial surface condition and required finish. A selected-batch composition report and a clearly identified hardness method are needed before process approval. General high-hardness or customization wording does not establish cleaning speed, allowable media breakdown, dimensional precision or a certified surface result for every choice.
