2024 T351 5052 5083 6061 3003 Aluminum Bar Rod | Billet and Hexagonal Cutting Requirements
Aluminum bar or rod is recorded with round shape, extruded technique and polished surface. The source lists several aluminum grades and T351–T651 temper wording without a selected actual chemistry.
Specify alloy, temper, section and cut length through a drawing. The actual 80mm×3000m dimension label needs unit confirmation, and generic diameter or strength classifiers do not define one finished rod. Hexagonal cutting requires a selected section specification.
For industrial machining, provide dimensional and mechanical acceptance. No selected batch test establishes the listed strength or hardness for every grade. Obtain traceable material and inspection records before using catalogue values or assuming the billet, round rod and finished hexagonal component share an identical supply condition.
