Galvanized steel wire rope has twelve diameter options: 1, 1.2, 1.5, 1.8, 2, 2.5, 3, 5, 5.5, 6, 8 and 10 mm. The stated tensile strength range is 1400–1960 MPa.
Select the required 6x12 or 6x19 construction and exact steel grade. The requested 12 and 16 mm diameters need separate confirmation because they are not individual options. Define electrogalvanized, ungalvanized or PVC coated supply explicitly. Tensile strength is not an assembly breaking force or working load.
For equipment integration, supply the required core, lay, termination and length details. ACSR core and overhead conductor descriptions do not establish approval for a particular crane, hoist or conductor design. Obtain acceptance evidence for the selected rope configuration.
