DC01 CRCA Cold Rolled Steel Coil, 0.2–0.5 mm Thickness Requirements
Cold rolled steel coil is described with thickness 0.2–0.5 mm, width 20–1250 mm and customer required length. No fixed dimensional variants are supplied.
Specify DC01 material explicitly from the SPCC, DC01–06, ST12–16 and 08AL alternatives. Define the required annealed or other delivered condition for a CRCA order rather than assuming mid hard wording provides a forming specification.
Resolve the non-oiled versus slightly oiled entries and select ±1% or ±5% dimensional acceptance. Skin passing is described but does not establish a numerical hardness, elongation or drawing limit. General building use and processing services do not prove certification or qualified finished component performance. Obtain the material and dimensional documentation for the selected coil before approval.
