7x7 Galvanized Steel Wire Rope, DIN 3055 BS 302 and 12–16 mm Requirements

Galvanized steel wire rope has twelve actual diameter choices from 1 to 10 mm. The described tensile range is 1400–1960 MPa and elongation is at least 8%, depending on grade.

Confirm a 7x7 construction and 12 or 16 mm request separately, since those diameters are not individual options. Specify steel grade and hot dip or electrogalvanized finish. The zinc layer entry is 0.25–0.65 mm or custom and needs confirmation for the selected rope.

The descriptive length range is 5000–120000 mm or custom. DIN 3055 and BS 302 requirements need applicable acceptance documentation. Tensile strength and elongation do not establish assembly breaking force, working load, marine approval or corrosion life. Define core, lay and termination details before equipment selection.
