Starting wire for the drawing process
This round stainless steel wire is described for further drawing and mesh weaving, with a smooth bright surface and cold drawn and rolled technique. Eight fixed diameters are offered: 1.5, 2.5, 5, 5.5, 10, 20, 30 and 50mm. Additional selections are a 0.01–50mm range and As requested; these require an exact agreed diameter.
For a 0.03mm requirement, confirm whether the order concerns the starting wire or the intended final drawn size. Specify one alloy, such as 304 or 316L where required, together with surface and mechanical acceptance for the process. A broad size range does not establish every intermediate size as a fixed option. Easy drawing wording does not guarantee reduction capability, die compatibility or a finished mesh performance result.
