Cast steel blasting media has actual material Cast Steel paired with 170 or 110 grit labels. The body gives spherical appearance, S110/S170 grading and HRC40–50 hardness for peening, polishing, derusting and cleaning.
Select the cast-steel grade, supplied particle distribution and applicable standard. The S110 or S170 option needs a grading record; a broad 0.2–2.8mm description and 0.3–0.4mm crystal-size entry should not be used as an automatic conversion for either selection.
