Choose the exact SGCC or other confirmed base grade, gauge and RAL code. References include 3004, 5012 and 6005, which should be specified rather than relying on a color name. Define top and back paint requirements separately from metallic coating.
The Z10–Z29 code needs reconciliation with the measured zinc requirement and its acceptance basis. Hard wording has no numerical value.
