HH08 Hot Dip Galvanized Carbon Steel I Beam, Custom Industrial Sections
HH08 carbon steel I beam has customized depth and leg height selections. Hot rolled manufacture and an S235JR–S355J2 grade range are described.
Provide the complete I section drawing, member length and exact material designation. The additional S, Q, A36 and A572 references must not be treated as automatically equivalent grades. A custom depth label does not establish flange and web dimensions.
For hot dip galvanizing, agree coating acceptance and the required surface condition because no zinc thickness is supplied. Define dimensional inspection and connection details for the industrial structure. General ASTM wording and welding or cutting services do not prove a numerical mechanical result, qualified fabrication or load capacity. Obtain acceptance evidence for the selected beam before incorporating it into a structural design.
