DX51D+Z Hot Dip Galvanized GI Coil, Z80–Z150 Roofing and Wall Requirements

Galvanized GI steel coil has an actual 900–1000 mm width selection and a separate specification label of 609–1250 mm. The thickness entry is 0.12–0.8 without a unit.

Confirm the thickness unit, exact gauge and meaning of the specification label. Select the required DX51D+Z grade and Z80–Z150 coating acceptance. The technical zinc entry is Z40–Z275 g/m², while a separate Z181–Z275 code appears; define the selected measured quantity and basis.

Zero spangle, non-oiled surface and skin passing are described. Specify coil or 2000–12000 mm cut length delivery. Full hard has no numerical hardness criterion. No wall system approval, roofing performance or corrosion service life is established by the generic application and certificate references.
