DC03 SPCD Cold Rolled Coil, 0.3–3.5 mm Automotive Drawing Requirements
Cold rolled steel coil has customized length with five width bands covering 700–2000 mm plus a customized width option. Descriptive thickness entries are 0.5–1.0 mm and 0.6–2.5 mm or custom.
Confirm the exact gauge and material for a 0.3–3.5 mm request. DC03 and SPCD requirements differ from the separate HC340/590DP reference and need explicit selection. Define annealed or full hard condition and the required drawing acceptance.
Choose the applicable ±1% or ±5% tolerance, surface appearance and oiling condition. No forming limit, elongation, automotive approval or verified mechanical value is supplied by skin passing and service descriptions.
