Bulb flat steel has an actual 5–20 mm thickness range selection and described lengths of 6–12 m or custom. Hot rolling and shipbuilding applications are referenced.
Confirm the bulb profile drawing, exact width and required AH32 or AH36 grade. Width entries of 10–870 mm and 80–430 mm need reconciliation for the selected section. A32, A36, Q grades and other material references do not establish equivalence to the requested ASTM A131 material.
Specify applicable dimensional and inspection acceptance requirements. Classification society names such as CCS, ABS, BV and DNV are not supplied approvals without documentation. No numerical high strength value, ship structure capacity or weld qualification is established by general applications and processing services.
